Yes! Our Twilight Toddlers evening care is offered from 6:00 pm-11:00

| What is the teacher to child ratio? |
We follow state guidelines, which may vary by area. For complete
details, please contact your local center administrator. |
| Do you provide snacks and meals? |
We will provide a wholesome, well-balanced lunch on a daily basis
for all of our students. Snacks will be provided by parents on a
rotating schedule, depending on classroom size and, in most cases,
will not exceed more than twice per month. If a parent forgets to
bring a snack on their scheduled day or if a parent chooses, Pozee
Playzle will provide snacks at a minimal charge to the parent. |
| What if my child is allergic to certain foods? |
Parents are required to disclose this information upon registration.
Please work with your center director to ensure that appropriate
meal time arrangements are made. |
| Do you require parents to volunteer their time? |
No, parents are not required to volunteer time at Pozee Playzle.
Our staff encourages parental involvement in learning and treats parents
as collaborators, but we also respect your time and work commitments. |
| How is tuition paid? |
All tuition payments are made via automatic EFT draft using Tuition
Express on a set schedule established during registration. |
| Do you offer other programs? |
Our Fun A’ La Carte enrichment programs offer a variety of
exciting after-school activities. With Drop to Shop days, parenting
seminars, family fun events and Twilight Toddlers evening care there
is never a shortage of exciting happenings and programs at Pozee Playzle. |
| Are all of your staff members certified? |
All staff is required to complete a state-mandated Certificate in
Child Care program prior to working at Pozee Playzle; all Lead teachers
are required to be credentialed in Early Childhood Education. |
| Can we tour the facility before enrolling? |
Yes, our enthusiastic staff is happy to offer facility tours to
any prospective parents. To set up a time for your tour, please contact
your center administrator or submit a web contact form. |
| How often do the children play outdoors? |
All children have 2 outside times per day (weather permitting). |
| Do the infants go outside? |
Yes |
| Are parents allowed to visit their child’s classroom during
the day? |
Yes, please keep in mind that sometimes children get upset when
parents come in and out. We offer WatchMeGrow, real-time secure web
viewing, as a way to keep a watchful eye on your children while encouraging
a comfortable daily routine with minimal upsetting disruptions. |
| Is the facility licensed? |
Absolutely! All Pozee Playzle starting smart centers are licensed
and regulated by the State of Florida and the local Department of
Children and Families. To obtain licensure each center must pass stringent
safety tests and have all facility and operational plans approved.

| Does everyone on the staff know first aid and CPR (and if applicable,
infant CPR)? |
Yes, all Pozee Playzle staff are required to attend and be certified
in First Aide and CPR (including Infant and Child). All certifications
are kept current. |
| Is the facility required to submit to regular health, fire and safety
checks? By whom? Are the checks announced or unannounced? |
Yes, the Department of Children and Families makes regular (announced
and unannounced) facility visits during which all aspects of facility
operations and safety procedures / precautions are inspected and tested.
Additionally, Pozee Playzle corporate quality team makes regular unannounced
visits to ensure all operational protocols are being followed and
standards are being upheld. |
| Is there an abundance of age-appropriate children's literature,
toys and activities? |
Yes, Pozee Playzle has an abundance of learning resources, literature,
toys, and activities for children to use during both structured and
unstructured classroom time. |
| Have all staff and caregivers submitted to background and criminal
checks? |
Yes! All staff, including enrichment teachers and regular visitors,
are required to pass stringent background screening prior to working
at Pozee Playzle. |
